We are pleased to announce that CONNEXAFRICA has acquired the Comexas Group, marking a reunion after more than a decade of operating independently. In 2010, Comexas Group subsidiary in the DRC became what is today CONNEXAFRICA.

 

Since then, both companies have each developed strong market positions, excelling in their respective fields. Today, we are joining forces again to offer you an even wider range of services across an expanded geographical spectrum.ConnexAfrica will continue its operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Zambia, maintaining its shipping, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and maritime agency activities, among others.

 

The Comexas Group will continue to provide its global shipping, customs clearance, and maritime agency services from its locations in Belgium, Ghana, and Ivory Coast. We will continue to operate under the same management and brands you trust. Your current focal points of contact remain unchanged, ensuring continuity in service delivery.

 

This merger allows us to further enhance our logistics solutions by combining our strengths to better serve you with our teams, an expanded geographic reach and our enhanced capabilities.
